When our faith in Christ leads us to a crisis, let’s tighten our grip on God who wrestles those whom he blesses.

Big Idea: In the face of our failings and our insufficiency, by faith, follow God’s dream.

1.      Jacob’s insufficiency for the trip home

2.      Jacob’s failings became his faithful allies

The one true love for the unloved 

Big Idea: Come to Christ, unloved ones, for only the one true God can satisfy our longing we have for our one true love

1.     Finding and pursuing after one’s “one true love”
