互联网络、数码以至AI， 加上手机，成为你的新偶像，青年人一日不能无手机，但 默默地收集每个人有一个电子档案，你喜欢买什么，看什么，银行户口账目，健康状况，喜怒哀乐，你发表过的意见（甚至你到过那𥚃见过什么人），完全知道，声称比你自己更了解你，

用算法，给你贴心的信息，改变你的思想，然后渐渐控制你。

Happy New Year! A forward-looking sermon.

Today, technology is developing rapidly, especially AI technology at breakneck speed. This brings a new dimension to spiritual warfare.

The internet, digital technology, and AI—combined with smartphones—have become our new idols. Young people feel they cannot go a single day without their phones.

Yet AI quietly collects a digital profile on each person: what you like to buy, what you watch, bank account details, health conditions, emotions, opinions you’ve expressed (even where you’ve been and who you’ve met). It claims to know you better than you know yourself.

Using algorithms, it delivers “personalized” information, alters your thinking, and gradually controls you.

面时新的属灵争战：

一，醒觉

二，检视，承认问题

三，改变

醒觉： 认清此AI数码世代的争战。

This calls for new spiritual warfare and spiritual growth:

1.  Awakening: Recognize the battle in this AI-digital era.

2.  Examining the problem and acknowledging it.

3.  Changing.

这篇讲道不是反对使用手机及其科技，是关于醒觉。

This sermon is not an opposition to smartphone technology—it is about awakening.

上下文：

保罗讲完了神救恩的伟大，我们死在罪恶过犯中，我们的灵魂昏迷了，没有反应了，与神断绝关系了，但藉着基督的的十字架，洗净罪，叫我们与神和好，有新的生命.

接着保罗在下半部讲如何活出这新生命。

Context:

Paul has finished expounding the greatness of God’s salvation: We were dead in sins and trespasses, our souls are in coma (unresponsive, cut off from God).

But through Christ’s cross, our sins are cleansed, we are reconciled to God, and we receive new life.

Then, in the second half of the letter, Paul explains how to live out this new life.

讲完了，应该完了，但保罗还有最后的提醒，要小心属灵的争战，虽然我们已经有了永生，但我们还活在世上，还要面对争战。

That should conclude it, but Paul adds a final reminder: Be careful in spiritual warfare. Though we already have eternal life, we still live in this world and must face battles. 

A 什么是属灵争战？

这段经文有好强的战争味道。

争战出现了两次 （十二节） 穿戴军装，抵挡，倚赖他的大能大力，作刚强的人。

好似士兵打仗喊口号 ： 一不怕苦，二不怕死。

A. What is Spiritual Warfare?

a. Spiritual warfare?

This passage has a strong military flavor.

The word “warfare” appears twice (v. 12): Put on the armor, stand firm, rely on His great power and strength, be strong.

Like soldiers shouting battle cries: “Fear no hardship， fear no death!”

b敌人是谁？

- 保罗在第12节中描述我们的争战 “不是与属血气 （有血有肉）的争战”是与 “天空属灵气的恶魔”争战（vv. 11 – 12）。

“天空属灵气的恶魔”是

执政的，掌权的，管辖黑暗世界的 （是有权力属灵恶魔）

撒但带领着 1/3 天使背叛神， 但他们已经被摔在地上。

撒旦的阴谋是要我们重新穿上旧人、继续照著从前不信的方式生活。 而结果是离开神属魔鬼，结局是沉沦。

b. Who is the enemy?

Paul describes in verse 12 that our struggle “is not against flesh and blood” but against “the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms” (vv. 11–12).

Paul lists:

Rulers, authorities, powers that rule this dark world (these are spiritual demons with power).

In Revelation Satan led one-third of the angels in rebellion against God, but they have been cast down to earth.

Satan’s scheme is to make us put on the old self again and continue living as unbelievers. The result is separation from God, belonging to the devil, and finally ending in destruction.

c魔鬼的武器是诡计，魔鬼诡计是什么？

➢ 魔鬼的诡计是心计，魔鬼与神及与人斗智，影响人的思想，（死剩把口）

➢ 诱惑：  假理想，引诱跟从他 （叫主拜他，给他世界荣华）

➢ 欺骗与谎言： 「谎言之父」（约翰福音8：44）。 它会通过散布虚假信息、扭曲真理或让人对神的话语产生怀疑来欺骗人。 （例AI 生成的视频真难分真与假）

c. What are the devil’s weapons—his schemes?

•  The devil’s schemes are cunning, influencing people’s minds (only its mouth is left).

•  Temptation: False ideals, luring people to follow him (bow to him for worldly glory).

•  Deception and lies: “The father of lies” (John 8:44). He spreads false information, twists truth, or causes doubt about God’s word (e.g., AI-generated videos that are hard to distinguish from real).

➢ 撒但会「装作光明的天使」，《哥林多后书》11：14提到，通过伪装成善意的形式来欺骗人 （笑里藏刀）。

➢  制造分裂，误解，争端，仇恨：破坏人与神，人与人关系而失去平安。

•  Satan “pretends as an angel of light,” deceiving through seemingly benevolent forms (a knife hidden behind a smile).

•  Creating division, misunderstanding, conflict, hatred: Destroying relationships between people and God, and among people.

➢ 控告与恐惧： 

撒但被称为控告者（启示录12：10），它会让人感到内疚、羞耻或不配得神的爱，从而削弱人的信心。 它也可能利用恐惧来控制人的思想和行为。 常用一招是逼迫和杀害。 例尼日利亚去年杀害了数千基督徒。

•  Accusation and fear:
Satan is called “the accuser” (Revelation 12:10). He makes people feel guilty, ashamed, or unworthy of God’s love, weakening faith.
He also uses fear to control thoughts and behaviour. A common tactic is persecution and murder. For example, thousands of Christians were killed in Nigeria last year.

B基督徒如何面对这种不断的攻击，保罗的抵抗的方式是什么？

“靠着主依赖他的大能大力， 作刚强的人”（6：10），

➢ 基督已经复活战胜死亡和魔鬼，主力战已经胜出，现在只是面对仇敌的搅扰，不用怕

B. How Do Christians Face This Constant Attack? What is Paul’s Way of Resistance?

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power” (6:10).

•  Christ has already risen, defeating death and the devil. The main battle is won; now the enemy only harasses—we need not fear.

➢ 靠着主复活的大能大力，天上来的能力，（看过一麻鹰飞下来抓着小狮想高飞，大狮子冲过来捉住鹰，拉下来，打死鹰） 我们有犹大支派的大狮子守护着。

•  Rely on the great power of the Lord’s resurrection, power from heaven (like seeing an eagle swoop down to grab a young lion and fly away, but the big lion rushes in, grabs the eagle, pulls it down, and kills it). We have a great lion of Judah protecting us.

➢ 弗 3：16-17保罗祈求神能藉著他的灵叫你们心里 （inner man）的力量刚强起来

➢ 撒旦想要在我们的生命中找到立足之地， （例如上㽼）然后控制我们（弗 4：27 ）不可给魔鬼留地步，看图画，没有空隙给魔鬼。

试探来时，撒但退我后边去吧，对他说不。 经历里面的人有圣灵的大能。

Ephesians 3:16–17: Paul prays that God would strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being.

•  Satan wants a foothold in our lives (eg addiction), then control us (Eph 4:27). Paul says: “Do not give the devil a foothold.” Imagine a picture with no gaps for the devil.

When temptation comes, say “Get behind me, Satan!” Say “No!” The inner person experiences the Holy Spirit’s great power.

C. Verses 14–17 Explain the Full Armor of God

C  第14 – 17节解释到，全副军装，可能大家听过，今天用一个新角度了解

头三样是力量和动力

真理束腰（真理是力量）人天然追求真善美

公义护心镜（心之欲望是动力，要渴慕公义，好的善的）

平安福音鞋（使命感是动力）

Many have heard this before; today, a new perspective.

The first three are sources of strength and motivation:

•  Belt of truth (truth is power)—humans naturally pursue truth, goodness, beauty.

•  Breastplate of righteousness (desire of the heart is motivation).

•  Shoes of the gospel of peace (mission sense is motivation).

信心盾牌（保护）

救恩头盔（保护）

圣灵宝剑（武器）

祈祷（能源）

Then:

•  Shield of faith (protection).

•  Helmet of salvation (protection).

•  Sword of the Spirit (weapon).

•  Prayer (energy source).

一，真理作束腰的带子：（真理是力量，对比魔鬼是假理歪理，说慌，夸大，欺骗，迷惑）

这不是很遥远的事，你每天在其中。

AI 时代没有客观真理，也没有客观真相，历史的现实可以实时立刻篡改，只有互相竞争的数据集，谁胜了这场数据战，谁就可以决定什么是真理。 所以，这是一场数据战争。 例： 西方世界常说的左派右派。 又例如回教徒的同温层等。

然后AI用算法把同一个观点不断发给你，你便以为这是真理，活在不同的世界里去看事物。

1. Truth as the belt that girds your waist (Truth is power—contrast the devil’s false reasoning, lies, exaggeration, deception, confusion).

This is not remote; you are in it every day.

In the AI era, there is no objective truth or objective reality. History can be altered in real time; only competing data sets exist in a data war. Whoever wins controls what is called “truth.” Example: Left vs. right in the Western world.

AI algorithms keep feeding you the same views, making you think that’s truth, living in different worlds perceiving things differently.

耶稣说我就是真理。 真理不是社交媒体的意见，算法推动的观点，是由神去定的。

所以，用神的话检验每一条新闻背后的价值观，拒绝转发你未核实的信息。

Jesus said, “I am the truth.” Truth is not social media opinions or algorithm-driven views—it’s defined by God.

Use God’s word to test the values behind every news item; refuse to forward unexamined messages.

任何事情，晓得真理真相，你就自由，不被蒙蔽，你就有力量。 也看透万事，属灵的人能看透万事，是从神的角度去看万事。 称为属灵的世界观。

当我们明白神的福音真理，并且行事为人与之相称时，就能站立得稳。

When you know the truth, you are free, not deceived—you gain power. You see through all things; spiritual people discern all from God’s perspective—a spiritual worldview.

When we understand the gospel truth and live accordingly, we stand firm.

二，公义作护心的镜子：罗马兵团是护胸甲（板），保护胸和心。 作新造的人，活出行义的力量

保守心胜过保守一切，-生果效由心发出。 箴四 23

心是desire， 渴望的是什么， 这是最大的动力。

心渴慕的，思想便合理化。

保罗怕神的儿女的心或偏于邪，

2. Righteousness as the breastplate (Roman soldiers had a chest plate protecting the chest and heart). As new creations, live out the power of righteousness.

“Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” (Prov 4:23).

The heart is desire—what it longs for is the greatest motivation.

What the heart desires, the mind rationalizes.

Paul feared believers’ hearts turning to evil.

心有没有对准神，所爱的一切，都对准神的旨意，渴望活出基督的义，基督的美好

渴望神的义行出来，饥渴慕义的人有力量

撒但引诱试探耶稣：万国荣华

耶稣说： 当拜主你的神，在神处才有真满足，不求别的。

Is our heart aligned with God? Everything we love aligned with His will? Longing to live out Christ’s righteousness and beauty?

Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness have power.

(Satan tempts with sweet words, false ideals—like tempting Jesus with worldly glory.)

“Worship the Lord your God”—true satisfaction is in God alone, not elsewhere.

AI世代和手机数据世代，不断滑手机、不断刷新资讯、不断回应通知，我们才有存在感。 有一种 “信息渴求焦虑症”，抢了我们的专注力。

我们的心很难安静，很难来到神面前

In the AI and data era, endless scrolling, refreshing, responding to notifications gives us a sense of existence.

I call  it “Information-seeking anxiety disorder”，it robs our focus.

Our hearts struggle to be quiet, to come before God.

魔鬼不需要你犯罪，只要让你一直分心，你就无法祷告、无法聆听、无法爱神爱人。

保护你的心，进你的内屋，关上门，还有关上什么？ （手机），祷告你天上的父，减少信息流，

data flow，不被控制。

The devil doesn’t need you to sin grossly; just constant distraction prevents prayer, listening, loving God and others.

Guard your heart: Enter your inner room, close the door (and close what else? Your phone?), pray to your heavenly Father, reduce the data flow—not be controlled.

When we long for God’s righteousness and beauty, and live it out, we stand firm.

当我们渴慕神的公义和美好，并活出公义时，就能站立得稳。

三，用平安的福音作预备走路的鞋子，为福音奔跑的使命感是力量

保罗说： 凡我所作的都是为福音缘故，为要与人同得福音的好处。

初期教会变卖田地，为什么？ 因为他们使命是见证主复活，其他物质不重要。

3. Shoes fitted with the readiness of the gospel of peace—mission sense to run for the gospel is power.

Paul: “I do all this for the sake of the gospel, that I may share in its blessings.”

Early church sold property—why? Their mission was to witness Christ’s resurrection; material things secondary.

罗马尼亚坐牢的魏恩波牧师（你看过他的书《为主受苦 》吗？ ），以使命感面对受苦，当狱卒每打他一下，他便叫耶稣爱你，结果他使全部狱卒信主。

Romanian pastor Richard Wurmbrand in prison (have you seen the book“Tortured for Christ”?): he Faced suffering with mission sense. Each beating, he said “Jesus loves you”—led all guards to faith.

数据主义叫我们永远在线，永远在忙，永远在回应。 不停挑起情绪，

这种灵魂状况如何有平安呢？ 世界把焦虑烦躁看成新常态，

神的儿女要让基督的平安作主。

Data-ism demands always online, always busy, always responding, constantly stirring emotions.

How can the soul have peace? The world treats anxiety as the new normal.

Children of GOD， let Christ’s peace rule.

属灵争战的一个关键，就是抵抗那种“必须随时上线”的文化，

竭力进入并享受神所赐的安息与安静。 然后带着你的平安礼物给人。

热情传福音，为自己设立祝福名单，或分享一些文章或youtube给未信的人。

预备传扬福音并把这真理呈现给全世界，就能使我们站立得稳。

A key in spiritual warfare: Resist the “must always be online” culture.

Strive to enter and enjoy God’s rest and quiet. Then bring your gift of peace to others.

Make a blessing list of  5  names; share articles or YouTube with unbelievers.

Prepare to proclaim the gospel and present truth to the world—we stand firm.

四，信德作盾牌

撒旦的箭专门射来摧毁我们对神的信心，用坚固的信心抵挡他

撒但三支毒箭： 疑惑，恐惧，灰心

4. The shield of faith

Satan’s arrows aim to destroy faith in God; extinguish them with solid faith.

Satan’s three poisoned arrows: Doubt,

fear,

discouragement.

疑惑： 咁都得，神去了那里？ 如果有神，为什么？

恐惧： 让你恐惧和愤怒的信息， （例如： AI会叫大量人失业，每文化有恐惧。

又例如吸烟文化，传戒烟后很快死。 深信而不肯信主。 王先生不肯信主，我说耶稣保护你，不用怕，他信基督受洗，至今十多年仍然活着。 他中了魔鬼的毒箭。 要用坚固信心抵挡它。

灰心： 世界斗争，使人很强的无奈感，甚至灰心，

Doubt: Where is God? If God exists, why…?

Fear: Information stirring fear and anger (e.g., AI causing mass unemployment).

Example: Smoking culture spreads “quit and you’ll die soon.” Deeply believed, refusing Christ. Mr. Wang refused; I said Jesus protects you—no need to fear. He believed, baptized, still alive over 10 years. He was hit by the devil’s arrow. Resist with firm faith.

Discouragement: World struggles create strong helplessness, even despair.

当我们注目掌权者基督，信靠他的胜利，基督必胜，世界似乎很乱，一切世事在他计划中，依赖他不断陪伴的圣灵的大能，信者无惧，就能站立得稳。

When we fix eyes on the reigning Christ, trust His victory—Christ will triumph. The world seems chaotic, but all in His plan. Rely on the ever-present Holy Spirit’s power—believers fearless, stand firm.

实际上，每一次你选择祷告而不是刷手机、选择敬拜而不是焦虑，你就举起藤牌，火箭就熄灭了。

Practically: Every time you choose prayer over scrolling, worship over anxiety, you raise the shield—fiery arrows extinguished.

五，救恩作头盔： （头即思想，你是谁，紧记自己已经得救的真理）

魔鬼攻击我们的身份，紧记你真正的身分是神的儿女。

数据时代撒但谎言喜欢告诉你你是谁：（vs 假我、假身份）

你的媒体行为记录，算法不断强化，同一类产品，观点

你的偏好

你的习惯

你的拥有

你的思想

你是否被喜欢

5. The helmet of salvation (Head = thoughts, who you are)

The devil attacks our identity; remember your true identity as God’s children.

In the data era, Satan’s lies define you by:

(vs. false self, false identity)

Your media behavior records—algorithms reinforce same products, views.

Your preferences, habits, possessions, thoughts, whether liked.

当你身分模糊，就会立刻跌入奴仆的心，又再害怕。

例： 有弟兄觉得自己不好，甚至怀疑自己得救，便渐渐不敢回来教会了。

但救恩的头盔告诉我们你的真正身份：

你是神的儿女，是被救赎、被呼召、被更新的人。

When identity blurs, you fall into slave mentality, fear again.

E.g., A brother felt unworthy, doubted salvation, fell.

But the helmet of salvation tells your true identity:

You are God’s children—redeemed, called, renewed.

更重要，神一直照顾你，他定睛在你身上。

Satan -直说一切都是巧合撞彩，甚至是混乱没目的。

但神说一切都有神美意和目的，因为你是他的儿女。 他在主耶稣𥚃爱你，即父神以爱主耶稣的爱去爱你。.

抓紧这救恩福气，保护你的思想，就是把身份根植在救恩，不是AI个人档案。

More importantly, God always cares for you; His eyes fixed on you.

Satan says everything coincidence, luck, or meaningless chaos.

But God says all has beautiful purpose—because you are His child. He loves you in Christ as the Father loves the Son.

Grasp this salvation blessing, protect your thoughts—root identity in salvation, not AI’s personal profile.

六，圣灵作宝剑，即真理的道：

这是属灵争战的唯一武器，

神的话：

神的话是照妖镜，揭露谎言，打破迷惑，指出偶像罪恶，坚固信心，释放灵魂，是一切人的思想的唯一标准和尺度，分辨真理和歪理。

当你无兴趣神话，Satan便得胜

6. The sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God (truth’s way)

The only offensive weapon in spiritual warfare.

God’s word:

A demon-revealing mirror—exposes lies, breaks confusion, points out idols and sin, strengthens faith, frees souls.

The sole standard for all human thought—discerns truth from distortion.

When you lose interest in God’s word, Satan wins.

在神的话语被传讲的时候，圣灵让神的话语既大有能力又有功效，使人心意夺回，使人顺服基督。 这里基督徒们是在进攻，攻击撒旦在人身上的权势。

When God’s word is preached, the Spirit makes it powerful and effective—captures minds, brings obedience to Christ. Here Christians advance, attacking Satan’s strongholds in people.

今天，世界各地有一个称为静静地复兴，特别是青少年人，英国这变年多了四倍青年人参加教会聚会。 圣经销售大幅增加。 复兴必见神的道兴旺。

Today, a “quiet revival” worldwide, especially among youth—UK youth church attendance quadrupled in recent years. Bible sales soar. Revival comes when God’s word flourishes.

常常读经灵修，是属灵反抗，数字世界用 “分心”塑造你，使你人生失去焦点目标，神用默想神话语塑造你。

Regular Bible reading and devotion is spiritual resistance. The digital world shapes you with “distraction,” losing life focus; God shapes you through meditating on His word.

祷告

这是一场灵魂抢夺战，不是靠人力量和方法，是靠圣灵的大能不停浇灌下来

在天路历程，基督徒走到一度墙，墙边有火，但有人向火泼水，但水不灭，原来他看到墙后有人不断的浇油，是圣灵的油。

This is a battle for souls—not by human strength or methods, but by the Holy Spirit’s power continually poured out.

E.g., In The Pilgrim’s Progress, Christian reaches a wall with fire burning; someone pours water, but fire doesn’t extinguish—because behind, someone continually pours oil: the Holy Spirit’s oil.

“要靠着圣灵，随时多方祷告祈求，并要为此警醒不倦，为众圣徒祈求。 也要为我祈求，让我有口才，能放胆开口讲明福音的奥秘，“（ 18-19 节）

“All of you must pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” (vv. 18–19)

•   学习祷告 第一课： 神非常乐意听祷告，也让圣灵打开我们的属灵眼光，看见圣灵的手在工作。 祈祷可以改变环境，这是我第一课的祈祷功课，我写祈祷口记。

•   •  First lesson: God delights to hear prayer, opening our spiritual eyes to see the Spirit at work. Prayer changes circumstances—my first prayer lesson; I kept a prayer journal.

eg 一位非常爱主的弟兄，儿子中学，非常敞平天天收到电邮说不交功课，问又不答，太太发怒离家出走，埋怨丈夫不理儿子，不知如何是好，也很灰心，我只能为他祈祷。 谁知派成绩，他儿子是全级最佳进步奖。 如同清晨日光。

E.g., Brother, deeply loving the Lord. His middle-school son is very lazy,  he receives daily emails about his son’s missing homework, but he wouldn’t answer his father when he asks him. His Wife is angry is so angry that she left home, blaming her husband for ignoring the son. Helpless and discouraged—I could only pray for him. When grades came, his son won the year”s “Most Improved” award. It is Like a morning sunlight.

• 第二课： 祷告让你慢下来，停下来，不再被效率，成功控制，或靠我们天然的能力死撑

祷告把你从自我中心转回神，聆听圣灵在你心中的感动，为什么随时多方祷告，因为圣灵感动随时来到，要安静及内心清明才可以听到

•  Second lesson: Prayer slows you down, stops you—not controlled by efficiency, success, or clinging to natural strength. Prayer turns you from self-centeredness to God, listening to the Spirit’s prompting. Why “on all occasions”? Because the Spirit’s move come anytime; only a quiet, clear heart can hear.

 见证：Jacky弟兄诚恳告诉我，他因手机已经很少灵修，甚至他一位老友记，可以睇一小时手机，却连一分钟看圣经都系没时间。

Testimony: A Brother sincerely told me his phone left little time for devotion. Even an old friend could scroll an hour but claimed no minute for Bible.

后来，他在灵修时，看到耶稣天未亮已经上山祷告，他受圣灵的感动。

他便学习每早早起一点灵修读经，且学了些小习惯

Later, in devotion, he read Jesus praying on the mountain before dawn—moved by the Spirit.

He learned to rise early for reading and devotion, with small habits:

把手机放远啲，起床不是先看手机。 把圣经放在床旁，-起床容易先看圣经。 这样，他灵性大有进步。

Keep phone far away; don’t check it first upon waking. Place Bible by bed—easier to read first. His spirituality greatly advanced.
